How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your DevSynq account, please follow these steps:
Email Us

Subject: Account Deletion Request - DevSynq

- Your registered email address associated with your DevSynq account
- Your username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional but helpful for improving our service)
- Confirmation that you understand all data will be permanently deleted
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following information from our systems:
- Account Information: Username, email address, profile details
- Project Data: All projects, tasks, notes, and related content you have created
- Personal Settings: App preferences, customizations, and configurations
- Usage Data: Activity logs, analytics data, and usage statistics

Important Notice
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.

- Some data may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days for technical reasons
- After 30 days, all traces of your data will be completely purged from all systems
