Welcome to DevSynq! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our application ("App") operated by DevSynq ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Registration Information: To use DevSynq, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and your name. This information is required to maintain your user identity within the App.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account by keeping your password secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Adding Projects: Once registered, you can add details of the projects you are working on. This includes but is not limited to project names, descriptions, and other relevant details.
Project Events: You can also add events (updates) to your projects to document progress.
The App provides a comprehensive statistics page where you can view your total earnings and the count of your projects. This feature helps you to monitor your progress and financial gains from your projects.
Changing Password: You have the ability to change your password at any time through the settings page. It is recommended to use a strong and unique password to enhance security.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time through the settings page. Deleting your account will remove all your personal information and project data from our servers permanently.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App in a way that:
Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Sends, knowingly receives, uploads, downloads, uses, or reuses any material which does not comply with these Terms.
Transmits, or procures the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
Impersonates or attempts to impersonate the App, a DevSynq employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevSynq and its licensors.
Restrictions: You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall DevSynq, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the App.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevSynq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
